More like the Blood of Rick Riordan, because fans around the world are outraged. The fifth and final book in the Hero of Olympus series did not live up to expectations. The final battles were short, had little detail, and just a lot of disappointment. Also, The Blood of Olympus was the final goodbye to Percy and Annabeth, but in the book neither of them had a point of view. We know that the series started with Jason, Piper, and Leo and it should end with them, but Percy and Annabeth were treated as minor characters. Every Percabeth moment was in the eyes of someone else, every injury was in the words of another demigod, and every tear was read from a different point of view. In addition, things of great significance in the previous books played no role what so ever in the final one. On the good side we get to see resolution with Nico and finally get to see him happy. Overall, I think that The Blood of Olympus was a letdown compared to the rest of the series and could have been much better.
